Unauthorized Activities

The URL shortener of loki.at may NOT be used for the following activities:

Create URLs that are used in unsolicited advertising, in particular for the purpose of sending e-mails or the publishing of forum entries (spam).
Generating URLs that are used in promotional e-mail messages (regardless of any opt-in procedure)
Contain link to websites with harmful content including phishing sites and files, the malware
Link to files or websites with content related to real or simulated child pornography
Linking to other websites that also offer URL shortening and redirection services (as behind the creation of a "chain" of URL redirections often the tendency is to hide a malicious use, and this also wasted bandwidth) - these activities should its already locked automatically
Any other use that is illegal in your country or state

We reserve the right to remove any short URL, if we believe that it violates the Terms of content or spirit of these terms or of fair usage (at our discretion). We further reserve the right, in the case of abusive use of our service users to block access to our website. Excessive use
